Is there a new King's Field?

Official silence, then the other projects

On 7 Nov 2026 I do not have an official King's Field remake or sequel announcement to cite. FromSoftware's public product history still ends the main line at The Ancient City. A Famitsu interview with Hidetaka Miyazaki in December 2024 talks about multiple projects and says there is no Elden Ring 2 in that conversation. It does not mention King's Field. I will not upgrade silence into a tease.

What does exist: Verdite2 and Verdite3, community recompilations that need your disc, updated in October 2026. Rotmill's King's Field II Remade is a free Unreal demo of the opening of the US first game. Queen's Domain is a different studio's 2026 game that reviews compare to the series. None of those is a FromSoftware King's Field.

I will update this page when a primary source says otherwise. Until then the practical guide remains how to play the discs that exist.
