Detailed public guide
Verdite location index. The regional entries cover caves and branches omitted from this overview.
Settlements first, caves second
The 1996 game, US title King's Field II, is the one that leaves the dungeon and walks a kingdom. A single floor plan would lie about it. The diagram keeps the names a traveler actually chooses between: Quist at the start, the Ancient Battleground, the Forest of Varde, the Palace of the Wind, Ralugo, the high-elf ruin where Orladin's Key matters, Hill of Prayer where the broken sword begins to come back, and Verdite Castle where Seath waits.
Caves — Shudom, the dwarf cave, the poison path, the thieves' path, the ice field — are real and they are not boxes on this drawing. They hang off the roads. Putting every cave in a grid made the diagram look like a complete atlas, which I do not have. Fandom has location pages and not a stitched map I could ethically trace.
The in-game screen that moves you between towns is a travel menu. I am not upgrading it to "automap" without a source that uses that word. The full name list, including the caves, is the 1996 walkthrough. The kingdom's history is Verdite.

FAQ
Does this game have an automap?
I have not found a source that says so. It does have a screen for travel between towns.
Where is the castle on the diagram?
At the end of the usual route, after Hill of Prayer and the royal cemetery approach.
Why are the caves missing?
They are listed in the walkthrough. This drawing is only the settlements and the elf ruin.
